Our consultation fee includes the doctor’s home visit and medical assessment. However, in some cases, additional charges may apply — for example, if medication is prescribed, an injection is required, wound dressing is needed, or if lab tests are requested.

We accept online bank transfers and selected e-wallets. Payment instructions will be provided after the consultation and payment is to be made before the doctor’s visit.
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations are unfortunately not possible. This is because a doctor would have already been scheduled to attend to you. We truly appreciate your understanding, as our team prepares in advance to provide the best care.
Most visits take 20–30 minutes depending on your condition. The doctor will spend as long as needed to assess and provide appropriate care.
